Section 25 (8) (g) and 17 of the National Industrial Relations Commission (Regulations and Duties) Regulations, 1973, Regulations 32 (2) (c), on the application of the establishment of employees by application under section 25 (8). The unlawful labor practice (g) was read with section 17 of the Industrial Relations Act, 1 of 2, alleging that employers withheld a transfer order and a restraining order against it and said it was against them. The order was passed because the employer turned against him because of his legal trade union activities. The victim's order was moved to a remote location where the assistant's office was not available. The employee further alleged that the employer's action was a request to commit illegal, invalid, illegal and illegal labor practice. The issuance of the temporary order was also filed by the employee. E, in those circumstances, failed to make the case capable of dismissing the suit in its favor
