Section 25 (8) (g) and 17 petitioners, the employee, was accused by employers of certain acts of unfair labor practices that stated that he was being targeted by his trade union activities. And it was presented with a baseless and unfounded charge sheet, the petition was filed and the employers filed their opinion / initial legal objections, the applicant's services were terminated after conducting an inquiry. He was suspended from service, regardless of his qualifications and conduct, even though the applicant was being targeted because of his trade union activities. Whether he was a laborer or an officer, he could not be considered because the applicant had already been fired. And now it is legally open for the applicant, to consult the appropriate forum to determine the termination order
