MALIK MUHAMMAD HUSSAIN versus AMAR ZAFAR KHAN AND 2 OTHERS
Section 51 Complainant Complainant sought action against the complainant that the order passed by the Establishment Petition approved by the National Industrial Relations Commission had earlier withheld the complaint against the Establishment. The request filed by the developer was rejected by the National Industrial Relations Commission and was subsequently created to record the establishment. The dismissal of this petition, by an order rendering the duties of the complainant, when there was no restriction order in existence, which was earlier filed in which the order of restraint was granted, was dismissed for non-prosecution. And the complainant's services were terminated when no matter was pending. Prior to the National Industrial Relations Commission, when there was no restriction order and since the earlier request for non-compliance of the complaint was terminated one year after expulsion, the present complaint had no power.
