Section 44 The collective bargaining unit, the petitioner's determination that the registered industry war trade union, with the request of its Secretary-General, had requested that all entities of the National Bank of Pakistan be appointed and it would be called a collectible transaction. Designated as a bargaining unit, its Industrial Relations Ordinance under section 44, 2002, earlier, in 1976, the National Industrial Relations Commission determined five collective bargaining units at the Employer Bank and then Had said that five units had successfully relinquished their duties, the applicant identified a single instance. Failure to do so is due to the fact that five units in relation to collective bargaining between unions and the Bank of Management have been damaged, and on the other hand this has been beyond any doubt. After the formation of the five units, the bank has enjoyed industrial peace, harmony and an excellent state. Unions' dialogue with management Whatever progress has been made by the applicant, there is no valid reason why there should be a collective bargaining unit for employees to employ, that is, the bank's current five collective deals.
