Otherwise the ordinary and bald allegations were against it. No specific instance of unfair labor practice by employers and employers was shown either in the petition or in the affidavit filed by the applicants to support their stay. An unfair labor practice case can be established. In the case of unfair labor, forwarding the Fu would be useless exercise. The main request and the stay request, along with the requests were rejected.
