Section 3 (c), 17B, 54 and 64 Property Act (I82 of 1882), Section 54 Constitution Constitution of Pakistan, Article petition 199 Constitution, Responding to membership of the society, the Academy purchased the plot in question from a member of the Society and Paid the whole sale. The consideration was made but the applicant society refused to subscribe the member belonging to the academy belonging to the plaintiff's provincial government in exercise of powers under section 64A of the Cooperative Society Act, 1925, instructing the applicant society to respond. Entered as a Member The Act, 1925, as it was essentially stated that when interest was transferred to immovable property in the community, in favor of another person then that person, as a rule, as a Member Petitioner Society. Instead of enrolling the respondents' academy instead of enrolling, it was advisable to take a thorough review of the land so that they could cover up their own wrongdoing. Inappropriate and unlawful, therefore, no claim can be made of any benefit by filing the present proceedings. The courts were to protect the interests of the parties and not to abolish the respondents' academy and Section 64A of the cooperative societies. Became a member of the Orderistent Academy approved by the Minister under The Act, 1925, required the intervention of the High Court
