JUMAN versus PROVINCE OF SINDH THROUGH SECRETARY HEALTH DEPARTMENT, KARACHI

Article 199 Constitution Petition Civil Service applicants demand that their salaries be withheld because the appointment is forged because they have no record of appointments and these appointments were made through a caretaker registry that did not comply with the requirements. The caretaker was created before the government. It cannot be canceled even without the hearing of the applicants. Even if the appointment was made by ignoring the cabinet's decision, the orders for cancellation of the appointment cannot be issued without hearing the applicants. It was directed that they look into the authenticity / accuracy of the applicants' appointments. 30 days, after which the Applicant Secretary may present his case before the Education or Service Tribunal, if the question of payment of salaries can also be determined, then the constitutional application of the Secretary's Department or Service Tribunal was dealt with. ?
