Section 22 EE Aid Coln's Collective Bargaining Unit The applicant's union moved an application under Section 22 EE of the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969, in which it was declared that the entire Allied Bank of Pakistan was a collective bargaining unit. The union said that if the whole establishment (bank) was not declared as one unit, any union could apply for such a declaration and the bank could have three or more collective bargaining units. And so it was imperative that the whole bank be a collective to maintain meaningful interpretation of the bank Vidya aviation authority be given to the unit's status. The term `Establishment \ Holding Bank may be termed as a collective bargaining unit and the order will remain in the field for at least five years, all registered trade unions have been advised to remain in their constituencies within the same period.
