West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance 1968 Section O2A & 12 (3) Retirement Employees Employed as a Writer at the Employer Hotel Challenged their Retirement at the age of fifty No age is assigned. Designated for industrial workers, and negotiating in the absence of any settlement between employer and union fixing age, retirement, employee, his death employer wishes that the waiter was young and smart and the elderly were not their employees. Retirement Practices: At the age of fifty, if employees were upset at work, at the hotel staff, because of retirement age, they could set up an industrial dispute and settle the issue between parties. Such a case will be settled. Employers and employees and be bound by the terms and conditions and the terms of the settlement will enter into a collective agreement under Section O2A of West Pakistan.
