Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 25A & 38 (3A) Revision Care The Labor Court, which rejected the application filed by employees under section 25A, Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969, dismissed. The order stated that the employee's dismissal order was legitimate and legal and that the employee also failed to make any illegal identification of his dismissal order, the employee filed before the appellate tribunal against the Labor Court order. In his amendment it was merely stated that the manager of the employer who had dismissed him from the job should be. Employees were jailed, unable to identify why the manager of the employer was ordered to be jailed. The assumption was that someone tried to fool an employee who doesn't seem mentally balanced by the employees. The Labor Court verdict was not upheld
