MUHAMMAD ASHRAF versus JUSTICE OF PEACE/ADDITIONAL DISTRICT JUDGE, CHAKWAL
Section 22A & 195 Panel Code (XLV of 1860), Section 182 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional Petition of Ex-officio Justice of Peace for the registration of a case on the direction of a former Justice of the Peace Applicants on inquiry into the case before registration. The eye of a law order approved by the former Office of the Justice of the Peace was based on an earlier inquiry by the police on the superintendent's constitutional jurisdiction over the case when the foundation was not self-sustaining. Under the authority, the High Court was obliged to abolish, on the occasion the order passed by the former Office of the Justice of Peace petition was passed.
