HIGH COURT BAR ASSOCIATION, RAWALPINDI versus PUNJAB BAR COUNCIL THROUGH VICE CHAIRMAN
RR 175 G&175H [Pakistan Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils (Second Amendment) Rules, 2013 filed] Constitution of the High Court Bar Association Rawalpindi (1981), Article 10 Constitution of the outgoing officials of the Pakistan Article 199 Constitutional Application Office Term of Rawalpindi High Court Bar Association claims that even after completion of his term, he was able to decide the appeals of candidates who were disqualified at the time of filing of nomination papers, the term of retired office bearers. No job situation can be extended. Under Article 10 of the 1981 Constitution of the Rawalpindi High Court Bar Association, the retiring official may disqualify that he has the right to remain in office to hear the appeals of disqualified candidates. The court high court avoided the problem of wires or legal justification passed by the Punjab Baronch under which the caretaker president of the Bar Association was appointed, but in these cases the petition was dismissed.
