Secondly, since the matter had already been decided before the Ombudsman, therefore, the judges have also been harmed, the High Court has already provided in its two decisions under Article 86A of the Limitation Act, 1908. Had resolved the cases filed against the claimants under the limits. Prior to the establishment of the insurance tribunals, the civil court's full jurisdiction was within the time provided by the appellant and it was not withheld from the High Court while at the end of the settlement of the constitutional petition filed by the appellant.
