NADEEM AHMED versus AZAD GOVERNMENT OF THE STATE OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR THROUGH CHIEF SECRETARY
The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Constitution Act (VII of 19744), Section Writ44 Writing Petition Appointment, Applicants and Private Respondents, applied for the appointment of Assistant Commissioner (B17). They were temporarily allowed to take the written test, and despite being qualified for the written test with a score of 444, they were not called for an interview, while private respondents were tested and interviewed. Subsequently, the Public Service Commission made a recommendation and requested an exit. According to him, he was appointed, who was not called for interview despite written examination, in his written statement filed a writ petition by the Public Service Commission in which the applicant was not considered for interview. Was because his request is incomplete because he has not been signed. Neither the copy of the State's Subject Certificate was attached to it, nor was it an irregularity to sign a validity for which no candidate could be competitively resolved by requiring the applicant to sign the petition. Such irregularities can be resolved in the same way as instructing the applicant to submit to the applicant that the subject matter of the state was irregular which could not be included in the copy. The petitioner's hearing can be eliminated, but the applicant who receives the highest score in the written exam PRO the Azad Jammu and Kashmir had been deprived of violating R 4 Public Service Commission.
