The statements of witnesses under Section 161, CRPC were recorded after a lengthy delay of 48 days, and statements under Section 1 Section, CRPC, were recorded after a delay of 50 days. The suspects were equipped with hatcheries, but no injuries were found on the person of the state prosecutor who was killed and accepted legal status and did not object to the accused's lawyer's bail.
