The decree was followed and once an order was passed in this case, an appeal was provided under section 115 of the law, provided the CPC revised the matter when no appeal was granted. And it falls under any of the provisions of Case (A). b) and (c) section 115, CPC, but in the present case no provisions were attracted which led to the dismissal of the petition by the High Court.
