Electric Supply Corporation Plaintiff's lawsuit against the filed declaration and permanent injunction dismissed by the plaintiff corporation without the provisions of section 26 of the Electricity Act, 1910, prohibited under section 69 of the Partnership Act, 1932 The application for dismissal of the plaintiff by the firm was a public authority governed by the plaintiff corporation and the powers stated under the Electricity Act, 1910, Act would be a violation of legal obligations to any law against supply, which can not be a violation of the license agreement between the parties. The Act, 1932 was not the equivalent of a literal legal obligation, but it meant that the prohibition of filing a lawsuit by an unregistered firm was included in section 69 of the Partnership Act, 1932, for the enforcement of the defendant's legal obligation. The suit filed by the firm will not be requested; the request for the plaintiff's rejection was dismissed in the circumstances.
