Section 2302 (b) / Q 34 Under direct testimony, no direct evidence against the accused was recorded on the record. The complainant did not see the prosecution witness who claimed to have seen the accused, including the woman. The accused is coming out of the house. An embarrassing situation, it cannot be believed that there was no resident of the area in which the house was located, all the evidence was not of the nature of the crime, nothing in the record connected the accused to the commission of the crime. The accused, who was allegedly not proven guilty for 20 days, who could not even be used to prove the crime against him in the absence of credible ocular evidence, was acquitted on the benefit of the doubt in the circumstances.
