SIKANDAR DADA versus ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION TRIBUNAL, SINDH

Section 2 (xxxii), 11, 17 and 18 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 The petitioner of the constitutional petition against pollution has stated that he cannot be held personally responsible for corporate body proceedings and competent against the applicant. Bail warrant arrest was not issued. According to the law, the petitioner had demanded that the non-bailable warrant arrests be canceled, it was dismissed that the bail warrants issued against the applicant were returned when the applicant appeared before the tribunal. The matter will be settled before the Tribunal and may make a proper request for a drop. Proceedings against which the Tribunal will issue an order in accordance with law
