HABIBULLAH versus STATE

Section 497 (2) of the Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Section 302/34 Guarantee of Guarantee, Further Investigation Grant was unopposed, which was in the custody of the police under section 44, CR PC and arrested by the police.
