Section 2 (xxix) and 41 Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance (VII of 1968), Section 2 (i) and Section O10 Welfare Grant and Non-Payment of Non-Payment of Benefits of Medical Facility, Employee Rehabilitation Was serving as an officer. Grade I was denied a charitable grant at a bank, and his retirement was denied for the benefits of medical care. Validity Bank alleged that the employee was not a worker, so he was sued by the Labor Court. Could not request authorization. Employee recorded self statement. In front of the Labor Court that he was a full-fledged manager and overseeing his subordinate employees, he obtained admission that he was not a laborer, but his claim for charitable aid and medical care was genuine. And even the bank did not explicitly deny the employees' claims during the proceedings and only defended the case on technical labor court. These conditions had no jurisdiction to enjoy the complaint petition, the appeal filed by the employer bank was accepted and the complaint filed by the employee was, in the circumstances, dismissed. n
