MUHAMMAD YOUSAF versus PRESIDENT, HABIB BANK LIMITED

Section O15 Punjab Industrial Relations Act (XIX of 2010), Sections 33 and 47 Application for dismissal of employment from the employee was dismissed from the job without permission from the employee for embezzlement and duty was not filed by the employee. He filed an appeal before the Service Tribunal, which was left behind by the Supreme Court verdict. Then when he filed the complaint and approached the Labor Court, the complaint was rejected by the Labor Court on two grounds, and it was clearly banned over time and secondly, Employees were banned from receiving their treatment in relevant forums as per law. Employees in another forum on the same issue, after the service tribunal decision, went silent and filed complaints after 19 years of dismissal from the Labor Court / after the dismissal from the employment court, in appropriate circumstances. The request for was dismissed.
