Appellant's approval of the nomination papers of Articles 12 and 14 of the Constitution of Pakistan, Arts 62 and 63 denied the defendant's acceptance of nomination papers on the basis that the defendant had announced the passing of intermediate education in the elections in 1996. In the current year, however, it declared itself to be matriculated, and was therefore not cohesive, righteous, honest, and amenable to Article 62 (1) (f) of the Constitution. In connection with the allegations leveled against him, the appellant also failed to show that a court order against the defendant failed to show that the retiring officer had exercised the maximum jurisdiction or passed a decree.
