MUHAMMAD BOOTA versus EXECUTIVE DISTRICT OFFICER (EDUCATION) SIALKOT
Rr 3, 4 (1) (b) (v) of the Punjab Service Tribunals Act (IX of 1974), the dismissal of service 4 from the dismissal of the Appeal Service because of the preparation of wrong metric certificate for recruitment as a PTC. Was imposed on the appellant. The appellants continued to act as they were subjected to counterfeiting by preparing fake certificates for their appointment under the Punjab Civil Servants (Performance and Discipline) Rules, 1999, under which the appellant prepared. The disputed certificate was forwarded to the relevant Board of Education. Upon examination, the appellant cannot say that his appointment as a regular teacher of the PTC was made by the relevant authority knowing that he was not matriculated and that it was a matter of fraud but not simply to the appellant. Was dealt with because there are no criminal cases of fraud and fraud. It was not registered; in the circumstances, the appellant was rightfully dismissed.
