Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 25A West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance (VII 1968), Section O15 (3) (4) dismissed from employment on allegations of misconduct, following a domestic inquiry against the employee. The employee was dismissed and the inquiry was conducted by a neutral and independent inquiry officer on corruption charges and the employees appeared before the inquiry officer, but during the course of the inquiry the employee walked with his own representative. Out and the inquiry officer had no choice, in the absence of the employee The inquiry cannot be said that, under the circumstances, this employee was not given the opportunity to be heard on the basis of allegations of corruption against the employee, he was rightfully dismissed.
