Keeping the request for a worker's complaint of section 2 (xxviii) and 25 of labor, the court withheld the complaint filed by the employer against the dismissal of his service as a charge of the relevant department only on the basis of the dismissal letter. No further documentary evidence was presented by the employer, which provided proof of his claim that the letter of appointment and the roster of duties which were the basic documents were not submitted by the employer through the Labor Court under which the complaint was made.
