The inquiry officer who independently inquired and found the employee to be dishonestly corrupt and dismissed the employee on the basis of the inquiry officer's inquiry report The employee failed to prove that the inquiry officer was partial and that the officer was partial. There was no independent charge on which the employee was dismissed. After being fully proved, the employee was rightfully dismissed.
