And in the past had also entered into several settlements with the employer bank, a petition for implementation of the Award of Wage Commission and a single bench of the National Industrial Relations Commission justified the decision of the employees' request of the Federal National Industrial Relations Commission. The appeal against the Bench decision was dismissed.
