The applicants (unions) represented in the Articles 52, 20 and 22A (8) (g) publicity committees of the Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 are complaining as to the registered trade union that the respondent's union, which was not a registered trade union, applied for the applicant. Instead, representation was made in the Promotion Committees, which was registered to an Entitled Petitioner's Association regularly with the Registrar Trade Union, in the presence of a registered trade union, the defendants being unregistered associations, Could not represent employees in publicity committees through which the employer designated Adopted Representing's (non-union) did not guarantee that the establishment had been directed to the applicants (the union) representatives represented in the promotion committees to represent union representative.
