Instead, representation was made in the Promotion Committees, which was registered to an Entitled Petitioner's Association regularly with the Registrar Trade Union, in the presence of a registered trade union, the defendants being unregistered associations, Could not represent employees in publicity committees through which the employer designated Adopted Representing's (non-union) did not guarantee that the establishment had been directed to the applicants (the union) representatives represented in the promotion committees to represent union representative.
