Prohibition (Enforcement Head) Order 1979 Article 4 Testimonial of Evidence: All the prosecution witnesses said with one voice that 500 grams of heroin was recovered from the envelope, when the accused was caught in his right hand when he was apprehended. None of the prosecution was witnesses. No hostility was shown to the accused, nor was he charged with making any false allegations in the cause, the evidence given by the prosecution's witnesses was convincing and It was proved true by the trial court that the accused had to determine the crime. The trial court confirmed the conviction recorded by the trial court, but in view of the amount of heroin recovered from the accused, the conviction was reduced accordingly.
