Section 4 Appeal Rehabilitation Seniority Formerly the representation offered by a public servant for sanction of seniority was not allowed, the public servant filed an appeal before the service tribunal which was also dismissed, the decision of the service tribunal. After being saddened by the government employee's appeal filed in the Supreme Court, the case was also dismissed. Concerning the seniority, it finally reached the Supreme Court level, the second appeal filed by the government employees for that reason was not qualified under the rule of the Judiciary Appeal filed by government employees who would otherwise I was stopped with disappointment.
