Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 25 Complaint Requests Four separate complaint petitions were filed in court and separate evidence was also recorded in each case, but the court defended only one defendant's case. The evidence was tested and used in all cases. The four cases, which were decided by a joint judgment, should either have been consolidated by the court and decided according to the general evidence, otherwise the evidence of one case should not be considered as evidence in other cases. All matters should be handled separately. The order passed by the court below was set aside and the remand of the case was obtained, either as a separate trial or after linking all the cases together and as a case in the joint case.
