Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Sections 8 (7), 22A to 22F, 35 and 2 (xv) National Industrial Relations Commission (Procedures and Functions) Regulations, 1973, Regulation 10 Requirements of the National Industrial Relations Commission, whether a labor. As described in the ordinance, any officer or member of a trade union may apply or appeal where the officers of a trade union established under section 35 of the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969, are to be converted into labor courts. The Industrial Relations Commission, which was constituted and enjoyed its powers under Sections 22A to 22F of the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969, did not qualify the Labor Court's definition, thus the National Industrial Relations petition was filed. The jurisdiction of the Commission cannot be appealed. Under section 8 (7) of the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969 because such jurisdiction was vested with the Labor Court.
