SAIF-UD-DIN M. CHANA, ECONOMIC DIRECTOR versus ASSOCIATED PRESS OF PAKISTAN
Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 22A (8) (g) Transfer of Employee Employee who was transferred from one place to another in the same Establishment even though the Establishment was a member of the union, but nothing in record to establish trade was not. The union's activities on its behalf to prove that such a transfer was the result of hunting was one of the basic rights of the employer to do the job well and it was a routine matter of the establishment and merely the employer on the charges. Such a right could not be concealed. In the absence of a condition of transfer of employment contract between the parties even in ignorance of the terms of employment in the Establishment, the employee cannot challenge the transfer of work from one place to another.
