Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 25 A reverse appellant was hired as Store Handling / Compensation and was employed by the store issuing appellant after the store handled the appellant on the Moving Appeal Order. The handling compensation was not prepared. When the employer was appointed by him to be the store issuer, the appellant's post was to be issued by the issuer and the posting of his store handling compensation, which was made without notice, turned around. Which was ordered to be kept separately. The reversal was thus set aside and the appellant was ordered to continue as a store issuer.
