Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 50 CBA and Management Interpretation Section 50, under the Labor Appellate Tribunal, will assume jurisdiction under the Industrial Relations Ordinance and will provide the settlement when there is a difficulty in interpreting the settlement. Such a reference was presented to the Tribunal. There was no reference here, the tribunal would not be able to say that there were any difficulties or doubts regarding the interpretation of any provision of the settlement, nor could the tribunal interpret any settlement clause in the amendment request.
