The court can only affect a written order request for removal of a landmark complaint application. An unreasonable, uncontrollable, uncontrollable and incompetent power cannot be given to the department for refusing to submit a written order for obvious reasons and yet to the extent the applicant employee is excluded from the court without treatment. An exemption may be allowed and such an application would be unreasonable. It is against Article 4 (1) of the Constitution Order of the Labor Court and the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 4 (1) on the rehabilitation of the applicant with back benefits.
