ATIQULLAH KHAN versus CHIEF SECRETARY, SINDH
Section 8 Sindh Service Tribunals Act (XV of 1973), under notification, appeals to Section 4 seniority intelligence from the Service Tribunal Maintenance Department, issues temporary temporary list of employees, but the name of the appellant was missing in the above list. Frustrated, objections were made to this list and it was advised that under section 4 of the Sindh Service Tribunals Act 1973, the appeal against the temporary sanitary list, according to which they preferred the controversial seniority list. There was a temporary order that was granted by the service tribunal before there was no final order. (1) Only one final order of section 4 of the Service Tribunals Act 1973, whether discriminatory in determining the rights of the parties in the original or appellate final order, appealed against the order was not final. Appeal filed by the applicant was premature as the final seniority list was yet to be issued. The department will consider the appeal filed by the appellant as a temporary sanity list and finalization of the sanitary list by law
