MANZOOR AHMAD versus DEPUTY COMMISSIONER, SHIKARPUR
The Sindh Service Tribunals Act 1973 section 4 served with a notice to remove the appellant from service and the explanation of the orders of the competent authority and the appellate authority finding that he was satisfied that the appellant was a burden. There is no reason to believe that being ineligible for public treasury and service would warrant that such high-ranking officers would, without any justification, condemn the appellant, a deputy, or that their decision would lead to any prejudice or misconduct. Even the appellant himself was not accused of dishonesty. He said the officers' orders, which are unacceptable, were unimaginable, demanding that the tribunal not interfere.
