The legality of the rent controller has prompted tenants to delay cross-inspection but they failed to examine the landlord testimonies provided many opportunities for scrutiny of witnesses and to pay the cost at the last opportunity. Permission was granted, the tenant could not wait for an indefinite period. The eviction of tenants was an abstract way of examining the evidence provided for in the Cantonment Rent Restriction Act, 1963, but for one reason or another the tenants delayed proceedings despite warnings and penalties. Of Interim Order Approved By the time the rent controller did not grant an appeal against an interim order, it could not be challenged by a constitutional petition that was not available directly to the treatment, if the law could not be sought indirectly. Had the remedy been provided against the order, the constitutional jurisdiction could not have ignored the provisions of the aforesaid injunction which did no harm to the tenants and was unable to incur any loss when the right of appeal to the tenants. The defective order will be replaced by the final order. Such a right would be more expansive and beneficial by challenging the impeachment order after one year and two months.
