LORY VIE PIMENTEL versus SPECIAL JUDGE ANTI-TERRORISM COURT NO.IV, LAHORE
Sections 6, 7 and 23 of the Criminal Procedure Code (XLV of 1860), Section 365 of the Criminal Code (V9 1898), Section 265D Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 of the Constitution Petition for Terrorism Act were formally grievous to the applicants / complainants. An order issued by the Anti-Terrorism Court, under which the case was transferred to a court of jurisdiction. The defendant's home was acting as a maid under a contract and allegedly was abused and his mobile phone was also taken away. Such proceedings cannot be termed by the judge. Prior to the designation, the PPC approved the transfer order as a case, after the Anti-Terrorism Court considered not to meet the provisions of Section 6565A, indicating the applicant was unlawful / of any kind. Failure to pass anti-terror court petition order dismissed
