The statement confirming section 2 (8) of the Bankers Books Evidence Act, 1891, disputes defendants / applicants that the statement of accounts was not verified by the competent authority under section 2 (8). The Banker's Book Evidence Act, 1891, which was a requirement under section 9 (2) of the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finance) Ordinance, 2001, justified the statement of accounts filed in the plaint by the Senior Vice President, Department Accounts. As a Senior Vice President of the Banker's Evidence Act 1891 and Assistant Vice President of Plaintiff Bank Section 2 (8), it was necessary to obtain certification by the principal accountant or administrator. With the bank's own name and official title and said that no title has been provided for the title or title of Principal Accountant or Manager of the bank in the appreciation, but a responsible officer of the bank must confirm the statement of accounts. An officer will provide him with the official title in the certification, meaning that the official title was not to be the principal accountant or manager of a bank, the title of the bookkeeper was different from one bank to another. In order to ensure that a responsible officer whose accounts or administration related work certificate was signed, in the present case, this certification was issued by the Senior Vice President, Accounts Department which is the principal accountant.
