Sections 23 and 19 of the Transfer of Property Act (IV of 1882), section 52 lease pendences, were applied in accordance with the applicable principle for the sale of mortgaged property, the acquisition of the Buena Fide Buyer scope suit, and to discharge the mortgaged property. It was ordered that the appellants, through the signature of the plaintiff bank, were the numerous buyers of the suit property which could not be sold to the satisfaction of the decree. Three months after the approval of the law and under section 23 of the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finance) Ordinance 2001, the property appellants purchased the property. After the order was approved, a case was changed in the application for execution and no formal application was required in this regard, so the appellants purchased the property at a lower price. Did not prove to be a failure. Appellants' rights were excluded from appeals
