HAZRATULLAH versus RAHIM GUL

The suit for recovery of possession of section 8 immovable property claimed the declaration of enforced privilege for a case filed under section 8 of the Special Relief Act, 1877, the declaration of entitlement was a plaintiff relief after the claimant received it. Such was the claim made by the plaintiff. To qualify for possession, it meant that he was entitled to it, which included the declaration of title to the property to the claimant, and was merged with the decree to take possession.
