In the light of these reports, the Supreme Court in relation to the state of public schools and its functioning in these districts, observed that education was being neglected in the most important aspect of human life, that of future generations. That education was not given priority according to the priority which did not have to be implemented in accordance with Islamic power and constitutional provisions, especially Article 25A of the Constitution. Physical inspection of public schools across the country under the supervision of judicial officers revealed the worsening conditions and numerous problems faced by citizens in rural and rural areas. He disclosed from the information presented in the Supreme Court during the hearing of the present petition that some public schools in the urban areas of Sindh province were forcibly seized by influential people who used livestock sheds. That the education system had problems with the existence of ghost schools and the absence of teachers. Missing teachers was the most serious form of corruption in the education sector.
