Section 16 (1) (2) of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution Petition orders that the tenant's defense be withheld for failure to comply with the temporary rent order maintained by the appellate court. The tenant has been instructed to deposit Rs 1,12,500 within 15 days after adjusting the rent in case of rent, while in case of rent filed by the tenant, Rs. The amount was deposited, while the tenant had deposited Rs 9000 in rent case on 26 26 2005 instead of Rs 1,12,500 through housebuilding. In both cases the tenant had submitted such rent, but due to the oversight, the account number was incorrectly stated, which resulted in the transfer of the following order in the court. Detection was not viable from the High Court orders received extinct aside remand rent controller for its new decision.
