RAZIA BIBI versus ADDITIONAL DISTRICT JUDGE, SARGODHA
Article 25 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 constitutional petition only challenged the custody of the minor schedule of the petitioner's meeting that the schedule of meeting with the minor given by the appellate court was given in an irrevocable decision. The petitioner's plea, however, was that due to the schedule of the unwarranted decision, the education of the minor was being harassed, so a new schedule was given to meet the child with his father, the petitioner suggested. That it was appropriate to allow the father to meet the minor after six weeks, and even in the petition or in the lawyer's argument, no emphasis was given on any matter that the father should be excluded from meeting his son. , The appellate court had scheduled in its judgment keeping in view the welfare of the minor. Constitutional requests available for harassment or new scheduling are denied
