7th XII R 2 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution application for comparison of thumb impressions was dismissed by trial The court submitted that in a pending case by applying the applicant's fake thumb impressions. The decision was approved with the consent of the contributors oh XII R 2, the application was moved to the above ground under CPC, and during the possibility of the said request, another application was made by the expert to compare the impression of the thumb. Which was dismissed by trial. The parties may, and if necessary, pass an order on their own to compare thumb impressions / signatures.
