In the previous Section 12 injunction, separating the defendant's plates was that he left the residential address of his city on which the bank was available. He was not summoned to his village residence. No English and Urdu newspaper had arrived in his village. The bailiff stated in his report that he went to the bank-provided city address, where he could not find the defendant because there was no other resident, authenticity bailiff specifically stated. The defendant's name was not inhabited. The bank did not challenge defendant's statement on the oath not to supply such newspapers in his village, the bank did not examine anyone in the news agency to state that such newspapers were defendants. Arrive in the village or are transported. Cannot be received due to receipt of registered post. It cannot be assumed that in the absence of newspaper supply in the village or in the absence of residence in the village parties, it may be reasonably appropriate with the defendant. But the summons is served. And present your case before the court and the decree may be passed on the decree. If the bank's claim was based on accurate and valid documents, it would, ultimately, allow the defendant to apply for leave to defend the case. Still entitled to order
