Under section 497 Immigration Ordinance (XVIII of 1979), Section 17/22 bail, Section 17/22 of the Immigration Ordinance 1979, investigation of the case has been completed for 14 years, challan presented in court transaction between the parties. It appears that in connection with the money dispute, in which the accused and his son allegedly received a complaint sending him abroad with a work permit, but he was unable to fulfill his commitment. Failure, keeping the accused in custody will not serve any useful purpose. Until indefinitely, it is not known how much time the prosecution will spend to complete the trial.
